CASE STUDY

PeaceOverChaos
A self-led campaign exploring storytelling, nervous-system regulation, and grassroots impact
Peace Over Chaos began as an open-ended storytelling experiment. I imagined it traveling far, sparking conversation, maybe even taking on a life of its own.

What emerged was quieter — and far more profound.
Rather than broad reach, the campaign became a container for emotional regulation, creative expression, and genuine connection.
The people who found it didn’t just engage; they arrived fully. It reminded me that impact isn’t measured by how far something spreads, but by how deeply it lands.
Soul Healing Collective
Ongoing brand partnership centered on community-building and embodied storytelling
I first met Emily and Soul Healing Collective when I rented the space for a Galentine’s Day event in February 2024—my very first yoga event after becoming a yoga teacher. The experience was so special that when I returned for a women’s circle, I fell in love with the space. It aligned perfectly with the intentional, community-focused brand I wanted to help grow.
After sharing about my creative projects during the circle, Emily and I decided to join forces.

I now work with Soul Healing Collective on an ongoing retainer as both a brand strategist and yoga teacher, helping to:

-
Tell the brand story through social media
-
Facilitate partnerships and events to grow the community
-
Bring alignment, clarity, and visibility to the brand

Piper Case Study
Client case study focused on visibility, content creation, and lead generation
Piper came to me feeling overwhelmed.

She knew she had valuable insight to share, but every attempt to show up online turned into overthinking — second-guessing her message, her positioning, and how to talk about her work in a way that felt both confident and natural (especially on camera).

Through our work together I guided her through her marketing funnel and provided creative direction for three high impact reels to showcase her expertise and brand message.
